For sure a code of conduct is needed for these forum members to follow. But I don't think we need to follow other forums, can make up our own or just take some inspiration from a major site list and then go from there. A word for word copy of another forum's code of conduct is unnecessary and might take away from the theme and message of this forum. That's just my two cents on the matter.

    EthicsNet code of conduct

Question: What is the code of conduct for this forum (http://forum.ethicsnet.com)?

If does not have one (maybe still does not need one) one possibility is reuse some other Code of Conduct from other projects. Code of Conduct (https://www.contributor-covenant.org/) is one used for open source projects, but maybe is possible to use something more specific to forums.

Depending on the choices, this may end up being used as inspiration for other different groups that talk about AI on other places
